This is a work between 2023-2025 of mixing low-resolution videos from TikTok and then reposting them on TikTok. The work is a net art project, a site-specific work for a particular social network. It has no qualitative value but rather a performative one, in the sense that some videos respond to views, 400,000 for the most viewed. The undertaking is not to show the perfection of the image but to explore, through a simple phone editing tool, a frame-by-frame cut mechanism common to several contemporary expressions, but in a pared-down interpretation where just the video archive is the subject.
